Graduation Ceremony Information

Each graduate will receive four tickets (on a date to be determined). Guests must be from one household or two. Chairs for guests will be two chairs followed by 6 feet of separation. Graduates will RSVP and confirm their own involvement as well as their guests. Questions? Email Graduation Coordinator Brian DeCarli at .

Graduation will occur on Friday, June 4th on the San Benito High School multi-purpose Field.Guests MUST enter the venue TOGETHER at the same time
Tickets will be provided to graduate prior to event

1st Ceremony: Last name A-J
2nd Ceremony: Last name K – Z

**Note: Ceremony list may need to be adjusted based upon RSVP confirmations from the graduates**

Ceremony #1: 8:30 – 10:30AM

Graduates will report to the Football Stadium between 7:15 – 7:30 AM
Guests will be admitted (Multi-purpose Field) between 7:30 & 8:15.
Guests must be prepared to get to the venue early and be seated by 8:15 AM

Ceremony #2: 12:30 – 2:30PM

Graduates will report to the Football Stadium between 11:15 – 11:30
Guests will be admitted (Multi-purpose Field) between 11:30 – 12:15 PM
Guests must be prepared to arrive early and be seated by 12:15 PM

Graduates will need to RSVP for guests attest guests are from the same household and are in-state guests per CDPH guidelines

Please note on the RSVP any individuals who need additional modifcations/support

Senior Cap & Gown Information

Attention 2021 SBHS Graduating Class, in lieu of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, ACHIEVERS (our graduation vendor) will begin to ship out graduation orders (class rings, cap/gowns, graduation announcements). Orders will be shipped directly to the address associated with the purchase via FEDEX. Tentative on-campus distribution opportunities for future dates are being considered and will be shared at a later date. Please contact ACHIEVERS if you have questions regarding your graduation order. ACHIEVERS can be contacted at 408-441-7200 or . ACHIEVERS is open Monday – Friday 9a.m. to 4p.m.

Atención Clase de Graduación de 2021 de SBHS, debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, ACHIEVERS (nuestro proveedor de graduación) comenzará a enviar pedidos de graduación (anillos de clase, birretes/togas, anuncios de graduación).
